20040627 OPENWEBMAIL LIGHTBAR BROWSER COMPATIBILITY PATCH:

Overview:
This is a very small patch to fix the new lightbar feature. This patch allows the
lightbar feature to be activated without breaking old browsers like Netscape 4.7.
This patch also makes a minor fix to the colors in the CheckAll() javascript routine
and changes a few things to speed up the javascript (most noticeable during longform
display mode - 1000 message display).

I did very little work on this feature besides this fix. The history of this feature
